Armor Composites Security Vehicles utilise only the highest quality materials, including specialist composite, ceramic and lightweight super hard steel based materials not available elsewhere in our region to provide the most protection for the weight, the most versatile and safe vehicles that are fully engineered and DMT approved. Solutions can be tailored to suit any international standard while our covert Hyundai iLoads are fitted with a solution that has been tested and accredited to provide protection as outlined by AS/NZS 2343-1997 to suit the Australian Security and Banking industry.

Hyundai iLoad vans, through a collaboration with Hyundai and Australia’s largest iLoad dealer, Tynan Motors, are up armoured by Armor Composites Security Vehicles and distributed throughout Australia by Tynan Motors for use by security companies, drug companies, jewellers and others requiring protection to comply with federal or OH&S regulations or for personal protection.

The iLoad Security Vans are available as standard with either of two protection systems meeting Australian banking and security industry preferred AS/NZS2343 level G2 or R1 that are installed in a manor that provides for a covert vehicle, meaning the armoured vehicle is not distinguishable from a standard Hyundai iLoad from outside.

The iLoad vans are fitted with bullet resistant glass around the forward compartment including a rear vision screen, a bullet resistant rear wall and panelling throughout the forward compartment including doors and door opening overlaps. Key areas of the engine compartment are also protected and the fuel tanks are coated with our proprietary explosion and leak inhibiting polymer protection system.

The fit and finish of Armor Composites Security Vehicles’ installations, along with the knowledge that only the best materials are used, will provide your staff with the security required, as well as desired, while having the comfort of a regular vehicle with ample payload. All A.C.E. vehicle installations are fully engineered and DMT approved providing the safety and insurance criteria required, making them the perfect choice for armed security guards, covert cash in transit (CIT) as well as drug, jewellery and valuable item transport.
