A.C.E. specialises in developing high performance polyurethane materials for wear resistant, specialist bonding and energy and vibration damping applications. A.C.E. materials are world leaders when it comes to providing fire and anti-static, wear resistant, and mechanical properties.

A.C.E.’s current product list is the result of developing materials for applications including;

• - increasing the wear resistance of high tenacity steel wear plates, hoppers and crushing blades,
• - increasing chemical and wear resistance of tank surfaces,
• - bonding substrates such as alumina oxide and silicon carbide high density ceramics, high density polyethelene fibre, aramid fibre, glass, aluminium, high hardness steel plus many others,
• - providing wear and self lubricating or non slip surfaces,
• - vibration, shock and harmonic wave reducing mounts,
• - long life suspension components and
• - Polyurethane/aramid/ceramic composite formulations for high impact and wear resistance.

Custom Moulded Products

A.C.E. produce prototype, one off, short run and production quantities of products utilising our polyurethane technology. Our specialty is providing products for customers that require them to provide a longer service life in harsh environments, or wish to benefit from long term financial savings offered by our advanced materials and chemistry.

Some examples of products that A.C.E have produced include:

• -Conveyor PU Long Life Scrapers, also with self lubricating properties to reduce waste build up.
• -Cast PU wheels, rollers and remoulded wheels. Remoulded wheels provide a longer life than the original at a fraction of the cost.
• -Ceramic/PU wear surfaces, non slip and self lubricating surface coatings for mining, transport, waste services, processing equipment and industrial applications.
• -Ship and ferry terminal high energy absorbing, low rebound buffers made from closed cell microcellular polyurethane that does not break down or lose mechanical or aesthetic properties over time.

Material Application Services

In addition to material and product sales, A.C.E. provides application services for our cast, trowelable and spray coatings. For spray coating of components or equipment, we use our 6m x 4m spray booth at our Sydney advanced composites facility or our 12m x 6m booth at our Central Coast materials application facility. We also have a separate lined factory unit available for the coating of larger components.

A.C.E. also has multiple mobile, palletised spray equipment machines that allow us to provide spray coating of large or non-removable equipment onsite at mines, quarries or any other facility.
