Composite Products for the Building and Vehicle Industries

A.C.E. develops and manufactures a range of fibre composite products for use in the building and vehicle industries. Most products offered have been produced for a customer’s requirement, generally fulfilling a need that could not be met otherwise. Mostly FRP sheet material and sandwich panel, we have produced material for the lining of walls for chemical resistance, structural wall panels, light weight roof panels and structural body panels for truck pantec bodies. We have also produced composite chemical vessels, vehicle components and numerous bespoke components, in one off, contract and production run volumes.

1. 5.5m FRP enclosed trailer/race transporter utilising A.C.E. FRP 20mm Honeycomb sandwich panel, made by S&A Trailers (0418 219 971) to form a monocoque body, eliminating the need for an internal frame, reducing cost and weight.
